Engineer - Projects

A growing international manufacturing organization is seeking a bilingual Engineer – Projects to support engineering design, project execution, and cross-functional coordination for strategic projects across North America, Europe, and Asia. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on both technical engineering and project execution activities while gaining exposure to global operations, manufacturing environments, and large-scale capital projects. Key Responsibilities Support engineering design activities, including drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Coordinate activities between engineering, operations, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders Participate in site visits, inspections, construction activities, and project progress reviews Review technical submittals and vendor documentation Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and change tracking Prepare project updates and presentations for internal leadership teams Support continuous improvement initiatives and project best practices Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline 3–5 years of engineering and/or project experience Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin (required) Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel What We Offer Performance-based bonus opportunity 401(k) with company match Opportunity to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams Long-term career growth within a stable and expanding organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Proexec Consulting Inc.
