Job Opportunity: Child Psychiatrist for PHP/IOP
Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a role focused on the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
- Manage and adjust medication regimens for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Support patient stability and recovery through effective treatment strategies.
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000 , depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation policies. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
