Training Supervisor

Position Summary:The Training Supervisor will be accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans, programs and processes to support organizational goals. The Training Supervisor will be responsible for all training programs including new hire training, supervisory leadership development and job specific training.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Training Program OversightSupervise and support Trainers in daily training activitiesCoordinate scheduling and delivery of onboarding, skills, and compliance trainingMonitor training quality and effectiveness; implement improvements as neededMaintain training calendars, materials, and program standardsTeam LeadershipManage, lead, motivate and develop Training team members.Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedbackEnsure Trainers are prepared, organized, and aligned with operational needsSupport Trainer development and certification initiativesCompliance & DocumentationEnsure all training meets OSHA, USDA, food safety, and company requirementsMaintain accurate training records and documentation for auditsStandardize training processes, materials, and reportingOperational PartnershipCollaborate with Operations, HR, Safety, and QA leadersIdentify workforce skill gaps and training needsAlign training plans with production goals and staffing plansHigh school diploma or GED3+ years of experience in manufacturing or food processing2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience overseeing training programs or instructorsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsBilingual English/Spanish PreferredWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up-to 50 pounds frequently, push and pull in a hot and/or cold environment for 8-10+ hours/daRequires PPE and adherence to strict safety standardsNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
