This candidate should be detail oriented, efficient, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for continual learning. Their designs should incorporate modern design patterns and best practices across various mediums (i.e. emails, web banners, websites, social, mobile apps) and be well versed in creating responsive layouts that can adapt to different screen sizes. The candidate should be aware of current design trends and be proficient in problem solving via creating intuitive UX / UI solutions.
