Job Description
What You’ll Do:
\n• Own full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer
\n• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
\n• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach
\n• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
\n• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support interview and selection decisions
\n• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
\n• Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process
\n \nRequired Qualifications:
\n• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Operations and Supply Chain.
\n• Strong sourcing capabilities.
\n• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
\n \nPreferred Qualifications:
\n• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
\n• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
