Position Overview Independent Contractor (1099). Flexible schedule. Clinic and school-based caseload. Pediatric population (ages 2–21). Competitive per-visit/per-hour compensation. Opportunity to build and maintain a consistent caseload. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral, and functional needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Provide parent and caregiver education. Maintain compliance with state and payer requirements. Qualifications for Occupational Therapists (OTR/L) Active Florida Occupational Therapy License. Pediatric experience preferred. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently. Qualifications for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) Active Florida COTA License. Pediatric experience preferred. Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision of an OTR/L.
