The Barista plays a vital role in delivering quality beverages and excellent customer service within a small independent team. Operating on fixed shifts, this position focuses on crafting beverages, managing inventory, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to meet quality standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Take customer orders promptly and accurately
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating espresso machines
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong customer communication skills
