Justice Installations LLC is a new fixed-price residential installation company launching in the Oklahoma City metro. We are contracting with 3 founding independent installers before bookings open. Founding contractors get first access to jobs from day one.

Pay Structure (read this first)

This is per-job contract pay, not hourly or salary. You earn 60% of every standard service , paid per completed job. Per-job payouts run from $21 (small art hanging) to $137+ (fireplace TV mounts), plus add-ons. You keep 100% of haul-away add-on fees . Every job's exact payout is shown before you accept it. Completed job invoices are paid weekly.

ZipRecruiter requires an hourly figure. The $40–$70/hr shown is the estimated effective rate while on a job at our per-job payouts; this is per-job contract pay, not an hourly wage, and drive time is not compensated.

The Work

• TV mounting, ceiling fan replacement, light fixtures, smart locks, video doorbells, indoor cameras, blinds, curtain rods, furniture assembly, art hanging, shelving, and cabinet hardware (see all services)
• Residential only. Every job is pre-scoped and pre-priced before it reaches you: no estimates, no sales, no chasing payments
• Customers supply their own products. You never source, sell, or pick up parts
• Every job is scoped and priced for a single installer
• Most jobs are scoped for 30 to 90 minutes. Work fast and clean, and your effective rate climbs
• We handle marketing, booking, quoting, and customer payments. You do the install

How It Works

Job offers arrive through Jobber. You accept the jobs that fit your schedule and decline the ones that don't. No minimum volume required. You control how the work gets done. You are free to work for other companies, platforms, and your own customers at all times.

We are pre-launch. Volume starts slow and builds as bookings open. Best fit: installers with other active work who want pre-priced jobs added on top.

Requirements

• 2+ years verifiable residential installation experience
• Professional references we can call
• General liability insurance, $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, or your timeline to get it before your first job
• Established business entity (LLC or sole proprietorship) with EIN and W-9, or able to set one up before your first job
• Jobber experience preferred; Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar accepted
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a vehicle that carries your full tool set for every job type on our menu
• Own complete tool set for residential installs; safe, skilled operation of hand and power tools
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights (vaulted ceilings, fireplace mounts)
• Professional, courteous communication with customers in their homes
• Smartphone with reliable connectivity for job photos, updates, and app-based dispatch
• Pass a background check and annual self-attestation
• Every job ends with a clean work area: debris and packaging removed, work area left as clean or cleaner than found

Selection Process

Qualified candidates complete one paid evaluation job at full contractor rates before joining the roster. We pay you to show us your work. Pass, and you are one of 3 founding contractors.

This is 1099 independent contract work, not employment. No taxes withheld; Form 1099-NEC issued. No employee benefits.
