As a therapist at Harmony Heights, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients from different backgrounds, building therapeutic relationships based on trust and understanding. Qualifications\n

  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients on a personal level.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a varied caseload.
  • \n
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with additional training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be highly regarded. Experience working with specific populations, such as veterans or children, is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As part of our dedication to supporting our therapists, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, a continuing education reimbursement program, and support for administrative tasks such as scheduling and billing. A sign-on bonus is also available for newly onboarded licensed therapists.
