Responsibilities Provide therapeutic services to patients with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing services in SLP. Connecticut State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one. Certifications Needed BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
