Job Title

Travel RN – ICU Neuro (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Expected 36–48 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed Medical/Neuro ICU within a tertiary care and teaching facility, maintaining a 1:2 patient ratio
• Care for patients presenting with complex medical conditions including sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, and DKA
• Float as needed to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience; float to IMC units with a 1:3 patient ratio is also possible
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR
• Participate in every-other-weekend scheduling as required
• Demonstrate strong team communication and a commitment to outstanding patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Maine (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple ICU specialties (Neuro, Surgical/Trauma, Cardiac, or CTICU)
• Experience in a tertiary care or teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with IMC-level care and associated patient ratios
