Key Responsibilities:- Performing the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently
- Checking guests in and out, handling reservations and providing information about hotel services
- Balancing and reconciling all hotel revenue and settlements
- Assisting guests with any inquiries or issues they may have during the night
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay at Hilton Garden Inn Statesville. Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will help us uphold our reputation as a top-rated hotel in the area.
Qualifications:- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
