Strategic Operations Specialist

As our Strategic Operations Specialist, you'll partner with leadership to support key business operations, improve organizational efficiency, and help ensure critical processes are executed with excellence. This is a highly visible role that requires initiative, organization, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, solving problems before they become issues, and understanding that the small details often make the biggest difference. What You'll Do Support strategic operational initiatives across the organization Coordinate contracts, compliance activities, and key business processes Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and consistency Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement What We're Looking For Strong organizational and project coordination skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Ability to manage confidential information A proactive mindset with exceptional follow-through Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field. Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible professional experience in operations, executive support, contract administration, project coordination, compliance, corporate governance, or similar business functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Why MSB?
