Physician / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Ft. Pierce, FL Full-time This group is a leader primary care services in the state of Florida with 5 locations. FT MEDICAL DIRECTORS in the Ft. Pierce, FL Area Must be licensed to practice in the State of Florida and Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice. Primary Care experience preferred. The expectation for the Medical Director is to work at least 40 hours per week. The medical director will be responsible for local implementation of our mission, vision, and operational goals in partnership with the clinic administrator. In addition he/she should provide and set the local standard for excellence in patient care.

• Provides patient care to scheduled and unscheduled patients according to established Veterans Affairs guidelines.
• Maintain an adequate workload to provide appropriate access (productivity).
• Oversight of any patient emergencies
• Collaboration and oversight of mid-level providers. Specifically mentor and be available during clinic hours to collaborate on individual cases.
