This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our medical staff and advancing access to high-quality care across our communities.The Physician Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for employed and independent physicians and advanced practice providers. This individual will partner closely with operational, clinical, and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.Essential Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle physician recruitment from sourcing through onboardingDevelop recruitment strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill specialtiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelinesCoordinate site visits, interviews, and contract processesRepresent the health system at national conferences and recruitment eventsMaintain accurate reporting and recruitment metricsWhy join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
