We are seeking a  Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team in the  Central & Northeast Phoenix, AZ area . Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility strategies.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising physical therapist.
• Complete visits in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned that may not be listed here but are essential to supporting patient care and agency operations

Employment Type: Per Diem

Service Areas: Central Phoenix & Northeast, AZ

• Competitive Bi-weekly Pay: $55.00 per visit (based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
• Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
• Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year
• Up-to-date immunization/vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella
• Valid Driver’s License with auto insurance
