Bell team.This role works closely with the Community Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve the community’s performance goals. We offer competitive pay, bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, a professional work environment, and strong growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Community Manager with daily operations of the communitySupport marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goalsPromote resident retention through excellent customer serviceAssist with rent collection and site accounting functionsPrepare reports and complete administrative tasksProcess accounts payable and bank depositsPost rent and maintain accurate financial recordsAct on behalf of the Community Manager during absencesMaintain professional and positive resident relationsWork weekends as requiredSkills & RequirementsMinimum six (6) months of Assistant Property Manager experience at an apartment communityStrong leasing and marketing experience requiredExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsGood computer skills requiredYardi experience preferredProfessional, respectful, and courteous demeanor at all timesStrong customer service orientationCompensation & BenefitsP.B.
