This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruitment Specialist conducts structured interviews, communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process, and supports offer preparation and onboarding activities. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate recruitment records, collaborating with operations leadership to understand staffing needs, and supporting the design and delivery of training and orientation programs for new hires. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics, recommending process improvements, and ensuring all hiring activities follow company policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Demonstrated interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify role fit and potential. Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. Training and onboarding skills, with experience supporting new hire orientation and basic workforce development activities. Relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition; experience in operations or ground services is an advantage. Ability to work on-site full time in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality of employee data. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common office software; familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices is beneficial.
