Senior Counsel, EDGAR Policy & Compliance
Securities and Exchange Commission
The Securities and Exchange Commission seeks a Supervisory Attorney Adviser (Chief Counsel) to lead the EBO Office of Chief Counsel. You will oversee operations, deliver broad legal guidance on the EDGAR system, and shape policy implications across SEC programs and disclosure requirements.
Qualified applicants will have a J.D./LL.B., active bar status, and proven experience in legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis relevant to federal securities laws and EDGAR filings.
