You will audit and review quality processes and data according to existing procedures, document results and give recommendations for improvements.Essential Functions:Support inspection, testing, and verification activities for incoming materials, in?process work, and finished goods.Work closely with engineering, operations and production teams to ensure adherence to processes and resolve quality issues.Develop and implement inspection standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Train team members on quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and product standards.Determine root causes of defects, rework, and process deviations.Collect, analyze, and compile statistical quality data to support decision?making.Record inspection results, summarize rework, and maintain accurate entries in the quality database.Ensure proper calibration, safe use, and accurate operation of measurement and testing equipment.Communicate findings and collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement.Other Responsibilities:Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years related experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentStrong knowledge of relevant software, quality assurance methods, tools and quality manufacturing processesGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsThe ability to closely follow quality standardsKeen attention to detailWorking knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assuranceProficiency in using electronic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies etc.Computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specificationsDocumentation and reporting skillsPreferred Qualifications:Excellent data collection and analysis skillsUnderstanding of company standardsUp-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practicesBlueprint reading capabilitiesRelevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance SpecialistPhysical Demands:Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of timeHazard(s): Manufacturing environmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or move items (typically up to 10 lbs)Commitment to People and Planet:TASI Measurement is committed to fostering a sustainable and socially responsible environment.
