What You’ll Do as a CBRF CaregiverAs a CBRF Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF). Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ quality of life.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Following all CBRF policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care.
We’re seeking individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a positive impact. While no prior experience is required, the ideal candidate will have:
- A strong sense of empathy and patience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- A commitment to maintaining the dignity and well-being of residents.
