Caseloads are thoughtfully managedaround 50 students across 1-2 school sitesand there's flexibility regarding your preferred caseload focus. With a predictable workweek of 37.5 hours, youll be able to maintain meaningful routines while providing vital services. Qualifications: Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certification ASHA CCC or recent graduate eligible for CFY Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Collaborative work style and dedication to enriching student lives Key Responsibilities: Deliver therapy and support to K-12 students with diverse communication needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs) Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document services and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines Enjoy highly competitive compensation, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package tailored for your needs.
