This role operates remotely, leveraging telehealth technologies to effectively reach and support patients throughout Gadsden, Arizona, and beyond. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adaptability required according to patient needs. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate seamless virtual interactions, ensuring you can deliver top-tier mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ backgrounds and formulate suitable treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on recovery, utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster resilience and healing.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to enable patients to process their trauma and cultivate effective coping mechanisms.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic support for every patient.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, equipping patients with immediate coping strategies during traumatic emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma-related responses, resilience strategies, and available resources to aid in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient privacy and compliance.

• Participate in continuous professional development, including case consultations and team meetings focused on enhancing trauma-informed practices.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in trauma therapy to incorporate best practices into patient care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work directly with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. This includes patients navigating post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, and dissociation. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A commitment to a trauma-informed care approach, with a strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude.

• Ability to remain calm and professional during high-stress situations.
\n
• Strong computer skills, especially with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting focused on trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
