Our Brentwood location is expanding — and we’re looking for an experienced stylist with leadership skills ready to manage a talented team and deliver exceptional client experiences. The Role This is a dual stylist-manager position for an ambitious professional who loves working behind the chair while leading a team to excellence. You’ll: Manage daily operations and team performance Motivate, coach, and mentor stylists and assistants Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and operational readiness Track KPIs, sales goals, and productivity metrics Deliver premium services (cuts, color, balayage, keratin, extensions) Conduct consultations that exceed client expectations Promote memberships, retail, and add-on services What We’re Looking For A hands-on leader who’s high-accountability, low-drama, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
