J&J Management Services is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Property Manager to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is able to effectively manage relationships with Boards, homeowners, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities Include:
Managing a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations
Coordinating vendor projects and maintenance requests
Preparing for and attending board meetings
Responding to homeowner and board communications
Property inspections and site visits
Following up on violations, work orders, and ongoing projects
Working closely with accounting and administrative staff

Qualifications:
Property management experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and professionally
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
