Construction Project Manager Multifamily Ground-Up Ownership

Michael Page US is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will develop schedules, budgets, and cost controls while reviewing plans, contracts, and documentation. Coordinate subcontractors, lead meetings, and manage RFIs, submittals, changes, and pay applications to keep projects on track.
