What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries
• Attend deliveries (excluding transport responsibilities)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with high autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and backup
• Contribute to high standards of neonatal care and patient safety
• Support care across four hospitals within the health system
• Participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal specialty certification
• Several years of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Residency in the Jacksonville area
• Experience working with diverse neonatal patient populations
