Junior Graphic Designer — Structural Packaging 50,000 per year In office 5 days per week About the Role Atlas Packaging & Displays is a leader in structural packaging, specializing in corrugated and folding carton development. We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team, supporting print-ready artwork and design production for retail and industrial packaging clients. You'll be joining an established design department, working alongside a Design Manager, two graphic designers, and two structural designers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to build a long-term future within a Key Responsibilities Create and edit print-ready artwork for corrugated and folding carton packaging Prepare dielines, layouts, and mockups in coordination with structural designers Ensure artwork meets production specs: bleeds, color separations, and print constraints Prepare and adjust artwork files for digital printing Order print plates and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate specs and timely turnaround Support the design team with proofing, revisions, and file prep for customer approval Maintain organized, version-controlled files and project folders Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required) Understanding of print production basics (bleed, trim, color modes CMYK, resolution) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand/production guidelines Good communication skills and ability to take direction/feedback Preferred (Nice to Have) Familiarity with ArtiosCAD or structural packaging design software Prior experience in a packaging, print, or manufacturing environment Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or 0–2 years of professional design experience What We Offer Hands-on mentorship from an experienced design team Exposure to real-world structural packaging and digital printing production Room to grow within the graphic design track or into a structural design role A stable, long-term opportunity within an established department #J-18808-Ljbffr
