Production Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations during your shift. You’ll support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding your team, improving processes, and helping build a high‑performing work environment. Responsibilities Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals Act as Incident Commander during emergencies Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes Ensure procedures are followed and updated Coach and evaluate team members to build a high‑performance culture Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews Support continuous improvement and plant optimization Perform technician duties when needed Identify training needs and support development initiatives Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm MST #J-18808-Ljbffr Sika
