* Mastering our proven sales system through comprehensive field training with our top agents
* Driving new business growth by presenting to local companies and generating new accounts
* Building a self-sustaining referral stream for life using our proven system

You're the perfect fit for this role if you have:

* Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales (although not necessary, it's a definite plus!)
* The ability to work independently, manage your own time, and prioritize tasks with ease
* A proven track record of establishing trust and rapport quickly with clients and prospects
* A goal-oriented mindset with a strong ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets
* An active insurance license or the willingness and ability to obtain one upon hiring
