Occupancy Planner

Track, analyze, and update space data across a designated client portfolio region Build and maintain partnerships across business units, stakeholders, and facility management teams Serve as a liaison to ensure coordination and collaboration Execute monthly reporting, data audits, utilization tracking, space and adjacency requirements gathering, and space layout updates Support occupancy planning tasks and solve space challenges through analytical thinking and sound judgment Simplify complex spatial data and contribute to project delivery Develop PowerPoint presentations consolidating data and floor plans for client stakeholders Conduct facility audits and contribute to workplace-efficiency planning strategies Interpret and analyze floor plans using space planning tools, CAFM systems, and BI platforms Track occupancy utilization metrics and support mobile and collaborative workplace trends Coordinate across functions to deliver occupancy planning outcomes Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3–5 years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, interior office planning, furniture planning/management, move/project management, or related facilities function in a corporate real estate setting Familiarity with workplace strategy concepts and hybrid work environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and interpret floor plans Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas, and PowerPoint Demonstrated critical thinking skills with an analytical approach to space data analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive problem-solving, process improvement, and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and spatial creativity Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Preferred: Experience with AutoCAD, CAFM, and BI systems Preferred: Excellent presentation abilities and executive presence Preferred: Understanding of occupancy utilization metrics, contemporary office design principles, and emerging workplace trends Preferred: Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset and customer service approach Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in occupancy planning and space management, utilizing strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and floor plans.
