The MRI Technologist will operate within a dynamic hospital unit that functions as a designated Stroke Center, Cardiac Center , and hosts a strong orthopedics program. The emergency and imaging teams collaborate closely, ensuring patients receive rapid, precise, and compassionate care. Daily work involves patient screening, managing Zones I–IV, administering IV contrast per protocol, and fine-tuning imaging protocols with radiologists and physicists to maintain the highest quality standards.

Reporting structures include direct collaboration with the lead MRI technologist and radiology department supervisors, supported by a diverse team of nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include mentoring students and new staff, contributing to workflow and quality improvement projects, and delivering patient-centered care with efficiency, warmth, and safety.
