Environmental Health Safety Coordinator

Job Title: Safety & Health Coordinator

Location: Oxford, NC

Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $32-$35 per hour w2

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and toxicology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify issues, follow established procedures, and support safety improvements.
• Ability to work effectively with team members and plant personnel.
• Manufacturing, industrial, construction, or safety-related experience is a plus.
• OSHA training or EHS-related certifications are beneficial.

Additional Requirements

• Must provide personal steel-toed safety shoes.
• Safety glasses and earplugs will be provided by the facility.
• Must be available to work onsite in Oxford, NC, Monday through Friday.
