Saint Luke's Health System - 901 East 104 Street - Responsibilities: Perform billing and collecting activities to manage accounts receivable for the Centralized Billing Office; Handle charge entry, payment posting, and cash management duties; Follow up and reconcile accounts, communicate with payors, practices, and patients; Investigate credit and unapplied payments, refund patients and payors per policies; Coordinate payment plans or financial assistance as needed
