Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is excited to welcome motivated occupational (OT) and physical therapists (PT) who are passionate about pursuing a career in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. This role is ideal for therapists who have developed a solid foundation in hand therapy during their clinical education and are eager to build on that experience with mentorship, advanced training, and hands‑on practice. Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for your patients’ clinical progress while providing evidence‑based, patient‑centered care for individuals with conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service, because a passion for your craft is turned into real impacts when you deliver on your promises.
