Our client is a growing technology/SaaS company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support an immediate increase in volume.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$28/hr - $35/hr

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume environment, with a focus on urgent payment requests, invoices, and employee expenses. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technology or SaaS company. This is a temporary 4-month contract opportunity with an immediate start.

Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process urgent payment requests.
• Process high-volume invoices and employee expenses.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues.
• Prioritize AP requests and ensure timely payments.
• Support reconciliations and month-end close activities as needed.

Required Experience/Skills For The Accounts Payable Specialist

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience managing high-volume invoice and expense processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with AP/ERP and expense management systems.

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Accounts Payable Specialist

• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
• Experience handling urgent and time-sensitive payment requests.
• Experience with systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms.

Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
