About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth and scale its sales organization. The role owns the revenue target across sales, business development, and customer success, and includes executing and refining the sales plan and pricing strategy. During the first six months, the leader will stay closely involved in deals, run pipeline reviews, manage forecasting, meet customers, and coach sellers on calls. The role also includes hiring and expanding the sales team and developing effective sales processes, training, and incentive plans. Candidates should have at least two years of experience leading a crypto sales team and experience managing 10 or more sellers. They should have built enterprise sales teams serving exchanges, fintechs, brokerages, or banks, and understand those buyers’ procurement and security review processes. Strong forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and sales compensation planning skills are required, along with the ability to contribute both to individual deals and broader revenue strategy. A track record of sustained leadership and seeing strategic decisions through is also sought.
