Registered Dietitian

Job Description
Well365 is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and collaborative Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our growing team on a part-time, flexible basis. This role is designed to support and elevate our holistic wellness approach by providing expert nutrition guidance to both our internal team and the clients we serve.

Clinical & Client Support
•Provide 1:1 nutrition counseling to wellness coaching clients, as referred by Well365 coaches
•Support clients with a variety of needs, including:

• Weight management
• Chronic disease prevention and management (e.g., diabetes, heart health)
• General healthy lifestyle guidance

•Collaborate with wellness coaches to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to care

Team Education & Development
•Serve as the nutrition expert and resource for the Well365 wellness coaching team
•Provide:

• Ongoing guidance and consultation on client cases
• Educational resources and tools
• Training sessions to enhance coaching effectiveness and confidence in nutrition-related topics

•Help elevate the overall quality and consistency of nutrition support across the team

Corporate Wellness & Client Engagement
•Deliver lunch-and-learn sessions, workshops, and presentations for Well365 clients
•Lead or support:

• Food demonstrations
• Nutrition-focused wellness events
• Educational content tailored to workplace populations

•Contribute to the development of innovative, engaging wellness programming

Program Development & Growth
•Collaborate with leadership to expand and evolve nutrition services within Well365
•Identify opportunities to:

• Enhance current offerings
• Develop new nutrition-based programs or services

•Play a key role in shaping the future direction of nutrition within Well365

Position Details
•Employment Type: Part-Time (as-needed basis)
•Schedule: Flexible; hours will vary based on client and business needs

Requirements

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of South Dakota

Experience in:

• Nutrition counseling
• Wellness coaching or corporate wellness (preferred)

•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
•Passion for a holistic, proactive approach to health and wellness
