About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit – Colorado Start Date: October 12, 2026
Location: Aurora, Colorado

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Highlights: - 38-bed mixed ICU with diverse patient population including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery cases- Level II Trauma Center experience with advanced critical care technologies including ECMO (VV and VA), Impella, balloon pump, and CRRT- Patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity level- Work with state-of-the-art equipment including Stryker beds, Avea ventilators, GE monitors, and Baxter IV pumps- EMR: Meditech- Collaborative team environment with approximately 125 nursing staff members Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of current ICU hospital experience required- Active RN license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required- Prior Meditech experience preferred- CVICU/CTICU experience, particularly with immediate post-operative open heart surgery patients, strongly preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to expand your critical care expertise in a dynamic Level II Trauma Center environment with exposure to advanced cardiac support technologies and complex patient cases.
