The Northern Lighthouse Inc. is looking for a passionate, licensed clinician ready to make a real impact! We're currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill an immediate on-site contract role in Limestone, Maine .

Imagine a non-conventional set up with no treatment plans, no 90 day reviews, no continued stay reviews!!! A full time clinical position but you only have to clock 28 hours a week while working with a diverse population of motivated young adults from lower-income homes seeking change.
*You will not be limited to what is traditionally considered billable services.
*You will work with a multi-disciplinary team including a robust clinical team for consultation.
*You will have the opportunity to build the culture of a trade school program to be inclusive and supportive.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical assessments and consultations for youth and adults
• Collaborate with a talented team of professionals including the wellness team (physician, nurses, clinicians, and sub abuse counselor)
• Support training and development of staff
• Engage in creative activities and learning experiences with students to promote mental health awareness.  Activities could include campus activities, trainings and field trips
• Be an advocate for students and families
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest professional standards
• Participate in organizational meetings and share responsibilities with team members
• Stay current on all necessary certifications and trainings

The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and supporting a trauma-informed campus through training and creative activities.

What You Bring:

• Master’s Degree (Required)
• Fully licensed to practice in the State of Maine ( min of 2 years required)
• A passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit
