Technical Lead - INTL India

We are seeking a Technical Lead with hands on experience in .NET development and API integration to support and lead day to day technical delivery. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can lead a team, work closely with developers, and provide technical guidance across application, API, and ETL initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on site five days a week and leading by example in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years with C# and .Net development
Previous healthcare experience (strong preference in healthcare insurance or claims)
Analytical and creative mindset when it comes to gathering and processing requirements
Solid experience with SQL queries to support application logic and data validation
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
Must be willing to work on site Monday-Friday


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Highly preferred previous Lead experience
Experience with Snowflake
