Job Summary We are seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Toll Bridge Operators. This position is responsible for collecting tolls, assisting bridge users, maintaining accurate transaction records, and helping ensure the safe and efficient flow of traffic. Key Responsibilities Collect tolls and provide accurate change as needed Maintain accurate toll transaction records and reconcile payments at the end of each shift Monitor traffic flow and assist with the safe and efficient movement of vehicles Provide professional and courteous customer service to bridge users Respond to questions and concerns appropriately Maintain a clean and organized toll booth area Perform basic cleaning and routine upkeep of toll equipment Report equipment malfunctions or operational concerns to supervision Follow established safety procedures and company policies Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain smooth bridge operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash transactions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screening Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $17/hour Pay increases to $18/hour after 60 days Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Full-time position.
