Customer Account Support Agent

Customer Service Helpdesk Agent Conduct technical and administrative support activities for service operations and delivery. Handle telephone and electronic inbound assistance requests, directing calls or written inquiries to the Remote Services Helpdesks or Field Services teams, entering the service call into the Dispatch data screen, dispatching appropriate personnel, and ensuring follow‑up to assign the service call. Update and maintain the scheduling database with current information. Act as the first level point‑of‑service contact for scheduling field service repair calls, interacting with customers and Field Service employees. May answer non‑technical or basic technical questions at the end user level regarding company products. Key Skills and Knowledge Excellent phone and communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills and good PC skills. Ability to work with minimal direction, organized and self‑starter. ACD phone system experience or equivalent (desired). Basic web‑based training preferred. Experience in Salesforce or equivalent productivity software desired. Familiarity with business tools: Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, instant messaging and chat. Training and Certification Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility. Job Complexity and Supervision Works on routine assignments requiring limited judgment; may have little or no role in decision‑making. Normally receives detailed instructions and works under close supervision. Education and Experience High School Degree or equivalent with 1‑3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment (desired). Compensation Base pay range: $41,460 – $57,002.
