We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Planner to help keep critical facility operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a great opportunity for an electrical professional with strong CMMS, planning, scheduling, and maintenance coordination experience who enjoys solving problems and keeping multiple priorities moving.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities

Coordinate technicians, vendors, contractors, materials, tools, and equipment

Plan maintenance for UPS systems, VFDs, generators, ATS systems, and Central Utility Plant equipment

Manage work orders and maintenance activities through CMMS/EAMS systems

Create reports, work requests, queries, dashboards, and maintenance documentation

Monitor labor availability and workload to optimize maintenance schedules

Manage MRO parts ordering, purchase requisitions, and maintenance materials

Track asset information, spare parts, documentation, and labor hours

Conduct regular CMMS data audits to maintain accuracy and compliance

Participate in daily and weekly operations meetings to communicate maintenance plans

Identify scheduling risks, resource gaps, and potential downtime—and develop solutions

Coordinate electrical vendors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed successfully

Provide maintenance reports and updates to facility leadership

Support continuous improvement of maintenance planning, scheduling, and processes

Ensure electrical work follows required safety, environmental, facility, and code standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of electrical trade, facilities, maintenance, or operations experience

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices

Experience planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance

Strong CMMS/EAMS experience

Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS platforms is a plus

Knowledge of MRO, procurement, and purchasing processes

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Ability to manage multiple projects and maintenance activities at the same time

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving and project management abilities

Ability to work effectively with technicians, managers, vendors, contractors, and customers

Understanding of safety practices including JHA, confined space, hot work, and EHS requirements
