Client Service Leader - Water

What We're Looking For: The Water/Wastewater Market Client Service Leaderis responsible for fostering long-termrelationships between Barge and public Water/Wastewater clients and leadingbusiness development efforts to grow Barge’s market share in Florida. To ensurestrong client relations this role maintains close communication, in addition towith clients, with Barge’s Project Managers and team members to ensure theprojects are executed according to defined plans, quality standards, and clientexpectations. This position combines deep professional proficiency with businessacumen to enhance financial results. Responsibilities MarketStrategy: Refine and implement Barge’s Water/Wastewater (WW) market strategyin Florida working with others within Barge to achieve success. StrategicRelationship Building:Develop and execute strategies to support the Florida WWMarket by establishing strong relationships with directors and subject matterspecialists. Engage in reconnaissance, pursuits, and securing of work. Growth and Profitability:Develop and implement plansto achieve growth and financial profitability by securing contracts Marketing Collaboration:Work with marketing tocomplete go/no-go analysis and develop winning plans. Proposal Development:Lead the development ofproposals, collaborating with Project Managers to identify scope, schedule, andbudget negotiations. Company Representation:Represent Barge at variousevents, including client events and industry trade associations Project Monitoring:Maintain communication withteams to monitor project progress, ensure client engagement, and lead conflictresolution. Technical Support:Occasionally providetechnical support to ensure successful deliveries. CRM Maintenance:Ensure CRM system ismaintained and updated. CostManagement:Activelywork to minimize business development costs and to maximize the ROI on businessdevelopment investments. Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's Degreefrom an accredited program. Minimum 10 Years of Experiencein the Architecture& Engineering (A&E) industry with proven success in businessdevelopment in the Central Florida Water/Wastewater market. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is strongly preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to develop strategic relationships and executegrowth plans. Proficiency in CRM systems and workforce planning. Expertise in client management and proposaldevelopment. Demonstrated success working withpublic sectorclients Established network in Florida. Strong client relationship skillsand technicalcredibility. Lead other people in helping to achieve results. In-depth knowledge ofindustry practices andstrategies to promote regional business unit goals. Ability to make strategic business decisions thatpositively impact the geographic market. Effective communication of specialized information tosenior leadership and external stakeholders. Ability to steer and persuade clients and employeestowards favorable and ethical outcomes for the company. Why join us?
