Portfolio Support Specialist

Absolute Resolutions Corporation (ARC) is a leader in the distressed debt purchasing industry. We purchase portfolios from top banks, retail organizations, and utility companies in the US and Canada.

ARC is seeking a Portfolio Support Specialist to join our Portfolio Support team. This position reports to the VP of Portfolio Support.

Key Responsibilities :

· Manage document support related tasks for purchased portfolios, including, but not limited to, document organization, indexing and reporting.

· Facilitating document request serving as the primary point of contact for all document related issues for internal and external stakeholders.

· Manage all contractual warranty issues for purchased portfolios including identification of impacted accounts, gathering all associated supporting documentation, and managing deadlines for submission.

· Acting as primary point of contact for sellers to ensure all post sale support items are completed efficiently and accurately.

· Identifying deficiencies in post-sale support and remediating or escalating to management and ensuring issues are resolved.

Other Responsibilities:

· Make recommendations for improved workflow, quality assurance and internal processes to maximize system resources and efficiencies.

· Work with management to create project plans to for testing and implementation for maintenance and/or enhancements for existing processes.

· Independently manage and organize multiple open projects ensuring deadlines are met accurately.

· Respond to internal and external requests for information, providing professional and timely follow up.

· Prepare and create documentation as needed.

· Data Entry for various types of files and tasks.

· Produce reports with supporting documentation the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

· Maintaining high degree of confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications :

· College Degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, or equivalent work experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

· Detail orientated, able to manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks accordingly with changing demands. Ability to quickly learn and master new applications and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Distressed consumer asset industry experience or other financial services recovery background

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

· Experience processing large amounts of data

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high performance expectations
