We're looking for an organized, proactive, and creative Office Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and contribute to a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate seeking flexible work hours, hands-on business experience, and exposure to the inner workings of a venture-backed AI company. What You'll Do Maintain a tidy office and kitchen Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships Coordinate and oversee the employee meal program Plan and host company events, including both on-site and off-site team activities Design and coordinate company swag and branded merchandise Support office operations and administrative projects as needed Help create an engaging and welcoming workplace environment for employees and visitors What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently Creative mindset with an interest in event planning, workplace culture, and branding Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Proficiency with Google Workspace and common productivity tools Why Join Us? Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and education. Compensation may vary within the stated range based on these factors.
