Own the monthly close and financial reporting Oversee WIP, job costing, revenue recognition, and project accounting Review progress billings and lien waivers Assist with cash flow forecasting, banking, and financial reporting Oversee payroll and related accounting processes Manage a Project Accountant Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and introduce construction accounting best practices What We're Looking For 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Strong construction accounting background Managerial experience preferred Hands-on experience with: Month-end close WIP Job costing Progress billing Revenue recognition Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field This Is Why You Want This Role Feel the difference that your work makes.
