We serve up good vibes, loud flavors, and unforgettable moments. Shift Supervisor – Taco Reho As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll oversee the show. You’ll manage a shift, keeping operations tight, guest experiences smooth, and the crew tuned up and ready to rock. Think of yourself as the front‑of‑house maestro, setting the tone, bringing the vibes, and ensuring every shift hits all the right notes. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the shift including scheduling, decision‑making, planning, upholding food quality & cleanliness, and problem‑solving like a pro. Ensure the team has the tools, knowledge, and energy to perform at their best. Lead with the Taco Reho spirit; reinforce our values, culture, and “How We Roll” mantra each shift. Set the rhythm of the shift – delegate, motivate, and drive excellence in service and vibe. Help boost sales by driving promo participation and team engagement. Oversee the restaurant stage from front to back of house, ensuring it all runs smoothly. Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety to meet our rock‑star standards. Address guest feedback with professionalism and take appropriate action to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests. Ensure the space is safe, smooth, and secure for everyone on the floor. Collaborate with department managers to evaluate and discipline personnel, following company policies and procedures. Act as a brand ambassador, live the brand, and support our team’s Learning, Inspiring, Teaching (L.I.T.) initiative. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience. Passion for hospitality and a guest‑first, music‑loving, team‑driven mindset. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Eligibility to work in the United States. ServSafe Food Manager & Alcohol certifications (or ability to obtain). Flexible schedule to assume responsibilities as needed and balance personal and professional life. Ability to work nights and weekends. Professional appearance, punctual, and reliable. Hospitality soul with a guest‑friendly demeanor. Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced written, verbal, and non‑verbal communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications, word processing, spreadsheet, internet, POS. Physically able to frequently walk, bend, twist, kneel, climb, stoop, and crouch. Can lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver 170 pounds, and climb stairs frequently during shifts. Compensation and Benefits This position starts at $20/hour and offers a range of employee perks.
