We are looking for someone with:

• Luxury hotel and residential building experience highly preferred
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents, correspondence, and memos
• Ability to work with computers, phones, email correspondent, coordinate, multi-task, and respond in a professional manner
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
• Second language proficiency strongly preferred
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to interact, understand resident inquiries, and provide responses
• Ability to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
